We look at age, diagnosis, location, special needs, care needs, timing, and family concerns before suggesting options.

After placement, we check in monthly for the first 90 days so families do not feel left alone after the decision.

Hearts of Gold was built from lived experience. We know what it feels like to have loved ones inside the care system, and we know what it looks like from the inside because our family has worked within it. We created Hearts of Gold to make the placement experience warmer, safer, and more human.
